How we Work

Swyft Tech combines senior engineering judgement and an agile mindset with a straightforward engagement model. Here is how projects usually run and answers to some questions we hear often.

Discovery: We clarify goals, constraints and success measures, usually via a planning call and follow up questions. You'll get a plain language summary of what we discussed and have planned.
Proposal: You receive a scoped outline of options, rough timeline and how we would work together. For larger work, this may include a fixed discovery phase before the build.
Delivery: We build in focused iterations with visible progress, including regular check-ins and demos. We include documentation so you are self sustaining and never locked in.
Handover: You get what you need to operate confidently, including access, runbooks where relevant and a sensible support path. We stay available for warranty and follow on work when it makes sense.
